The Most Savory Sandwiches & Wonderful Wraps at the Lake of the Ozarks

The possibilities for what you can put between two slices of bread are endless, making sandwiches an excellent avenue for a culinary adventure. Here at Dog Days Bar & Grill in Osage Beach, we did have to limit those possibilities slightly, but only so that the sandwich portion of the menu didn't completely overshadow all of the other delicious options. (We have a LOT of mouthwatering menu choices for you to pick from!)

Today, however, we're focusing on the many savory sandwiches available at our waterfront restaurant & bar at the Lake of the Ozarks. Not a big bread fan? No problem! We've got some wonderful wraps featured below as well.

Each menu item below comes with a side of fries but you are welcome to upgrade to one of our signature sides. You can also upgrade to a gluten-free or pretzel bun if you like.

Signature Sandwiches

Blackened Mahi Sandwich
A 6-ounce Mahi filet seared with Cajun spice served with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle on a brioche bun with tartar sauce on the side.

Ozark Sweet Hot Chicken
Hand-breaded chicken tenders tossed in our house-made hot honey sauce with a trio of melted Provolone, Swiss, and Provel cheeses on a toasted hoagie.

Pickled Pig
Slow-smoked pulled pork topped with melted cheddar cheese, sauteed onions, bourbon BBQ, and slaw on a salt and pepper brioche bun.

Bourbon BBQ Pulled Pork
Slow-smoked pulled pork drowned in our sweet bourbon BBQ sauce on a salt and pepper brioche bun with sweet and spicy pickles on the side.

Chipotle Bacon Turkey Melt
Smoked turkey and crispy bacon on toasted sourdough with melted pepper-jack cheese and a spicy chipotle ranch.

Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich
A 7-ounce chargrilled chicken breast topped with smoked ham, grilled pineapple, Swiss cheese, and teriyaki sauce on a brioche bun.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich
A 7-ounce chargrilled chicken breast on a brioche bun served with green leaf lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and mayonnaise. Add bacon and/or avocado for a small additional charge.

Dogwood Club
Stacked high with smoked turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, Swiss cheese, and American cheese with a sun-dried tomato mayo on toasted wheatberry bread.

Chicken Caesar Wrap
Fresh chopped romaine lettuce, creamy Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, crispy bacon, and chicken wrapped in a sun-dried tomato tortilla.

Buffalo Chicken Wrap
Mixed greens, diced tomato, Provel cheese, and hand-breaded chicken tenders chopped and tossed in Buffalo sauce and wrapped into a whole wheat tortilla.

Cali Turkey Wrap
Fresh spinach, smoked turkey, provolone cheese, avocado, heirloom tomato, and sun-dried tomato mayonnaise, all wrapped in a sun-dried tomato tortilla.

Shrimp & Spinach Avocado Wrap
Fresh spinach, chilled garlic shrimp, heirloom tomato, and fresh sliced avocado with a peppadew aioli, all wrapped in a spinach tortilla.

Dog Days Bar & Grill in Osage Beach has simplified our menu slightly while we are only offering curbside & dockside pickup at the Lake of the Ozarks. Don't worry though, because there are still plenty of choices to keep you coming back again and again. (Once things get back to "normal" we'll be adding even more deliciousness to this already extensive menu!
