Warriors Against Melanoma Poker Run: Saturday, August 13
Poker, boating, and the best waterfront bars at the Lake of the Ozarks... what more could you ask for? How about a chance to raise money for a worthy cause? Win-Win! This excellent poker run will take place from 11 am - 6 pm, with an after party starting at 7 pm.
Warriors Against Melanoma (WAM) is a non-profit organization which is dedicated to educating people about melanoma and raising money to help find effective treatments and eventually a cure for this deadly skin cancer. One person dies every hour, every day in the United States of melanoma. WAM itself was founded by a stage 3 melanoma survivor and is entirely run by volunteers.

There is a $20 donation per hand for each player. At every stop, players will draw one card and receive one fact about skin cancer. If they can produce these facts at the after-party, they will earn a free bonus card for their poker hand. Register at any of the stops, which include:
