This isn't just your ordinary "tribute band." Some of the Midwest's most well-known and respected musicians got together in 2014 to create a musical experience that has become so very popular, at this point, they are in extremely high demand!
Big Love embodies the look, sound, and feel of the many, many years of incredible entertainment we have all enjoyed from the legendary band, Fleetwood Mac. From the early blues incarnation of Peter Green's original Fleetwood Mac through the era featuring the infamous Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham and even music from the latest decades, Big Love brings you an experience that is enjoyed by all ages, no matter what generation you're from.
You will, of course, hear the hits you're most familiar with, like "Rhiannon," "Don't Stop," "Dreams," and "Say You Love Me," plus some deep album cuts that may be new to you but will soon be your new favorites. Die-hard fans will be thoroughly satisfied and anyone not familiar with the legendary Fleetwood Mac's wide array of music will soon be intrigued with them.
Labor Day Weekend at the Dog
As we mentioned earlier, Big Love will be hitting the stage at the Dog on Saturday, August 31 from 10:00 pm-1:00 am during Labor Day Weekend. Tickets for the show will be $10 at the door.
You'll definitely want to get to Dog Days earlier than that showtime, though, because this concert will be happening after even more of the best live music at the Lake of the Ozarks. We always feature the hottest DJs down by the pool and on holiday weekends, Logboat Brewing Company and the Roots N Blues N BBQ Festival out of Columbia, MO, join us to host our now famous Log Jams!
The 2019 Labor Day Log Jam is free to enjoy and takes place by the pool on Saturday as well with music from the Burney Sisters. After they're done, the incredible Baub Eis Band will take the stage, all leading up to Big Love's performance at the end of the night!
So you see, Saturday of Labor Day Weekend alone is going to be a can't-miss event at our Lake of the Ozarks waterfront bar & restaurant, and we've only told you about the music.
