April's Sunny Spring Specials Menu is here!

We're putting another successful March behind us and welcoming April with a brand new Sunny Spring Specials Menu. The best waterfront restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks already has the most delicious food and drinks in the area, and every month we like to treat our awesome customers with a little something extra.

Our monthly special menus allow our kitchen and bar staff to use their creativity to bring the tastes of the season to you. With hints of berries, cucumbers, fresh seafood, and more, Dog Days Bar & Grill's April menu welcomes spring in the tastiest way possible. 


Sunny Spring Food Specials

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Blended with cream cheese and topped with mozzarella cheese, then toasted to a golden brown and served with crisp tortilla chips. 

Spring Chicken Salad

Fresh strawberries, cucumber, Vidalia onion, and feta cheese on a bed of baby spinach topped with grilled chicken breast and balsamic vinaigrette.

Linguine Oscar

Sauteed snow crab, asparagus, roasted red pepper, and spinach in an herbed garlic butter sauce, tossed with linguine pasta and served with garlic bread.

Pan Fried Rainbow Trout

Served with a lemon caper butter, sauteed leeks, mushrooms, and artichoke hearts and roasted red pepper rice. 

Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler

Served with a warm crumble topping and whipped cream.

Spring Beer: Mother's Backyard Cucumber Saison

Light, crisp, golden saison with fresh cucumbers and hints of citrus zest straight out of Springfield, MO.

Mellow Berries

Raspberry rum and Mellow Yellow topped with raspberry liquor. Be careful... this one will sneak up on you!

Cutini

Enjoy this spring flavored martini! Fresh cucumber & mint muddled with crisp cucumber vodka. Shaken, not stirred and garnished with a slice of cucumber.

Lemon Drop Rum-tini

Citrus rum shaken vigorously with fresh lemons, lemonade, and sour mix served in a sugar frosted martini glass.

Strawberry Shortcake

For the strawberry lover, we combine Amaretto with ice cream and strawberry puree and top it with whipped cream. 

Blueberry Vodka and Sugar-Free Red Bull

We didn't come up with a clever name for this one but trust us, it's good. 

A spring day, or night, doesn't get any better than sitting on the Dog Days Bar & Grill deck with a plate full of savory spring flavors. The best waterfront bar at the Lake of the Ozarks will make sure that you have the perfect cocktail to pair with it too.
