Crab Legs
Sweet, succulent snow crab legs boiled in our southern spices are served with lemon and garlic butter. Sold by the pound (2 clusters.)

Avocado Relleno
We take fresh avocado, cut it in half, hand-bread it, and fry until golden brown. Then we stuff it with sweet and spicy sauteed shrimp, Texas caviar, and a roasted tomato and jalapeno cream. Try it beach style and keep it fresh instead of fried.

Crispy Lobster Bites
Deep fried and served with horsey peppadew aioli and fresh lemon.

Hickory Smoked Wings
Smoked then fried crispy and served with celery and ranch or blue cheese dressing. You get to choose a sauce from these 7 amazing flavors: Original, Extra Hot, Bourbon BBQ, Teriyaki, Honey Habanero, Spicy Garlic, or our Chili & Jalapeno Dry Rub.
