The lake area begins waking up and getting ready for a brand new season every year right around St. Patrick's Day. The parades on both land and water March 12 will get everyone excited about the great spring and amazing summer that's ahead. Dog Days Bar & Grill will be joining in on all the fun with our opening weekend festivities and the delicious items on our special March menu, plus some incredible Irish drinks in honor of the holiday.

Smoked Corned Beef and Cabbage
Served with boiled potatoes and baby carrots served with toasted rye bread.
Bangers and Mash
Smoked Sausage served with garlic redskin mashed. Then it is topped with a sweet onion and Schlafly gravy.
Schlafly Beef Stew
A hearty broth full of carrots, onions, celery, leeks and herbs, served over garlic redskin mashed potatoes.
Pretzels
Served with an Irish Stout and smoked Gouda cheese sauce.
Irish Smash
House sausage patty topped with cheddar and stout mustard smashed between a pretzel bun with choice of side.
Irish Corned Beef Bombs
Smoked corned beef and cabbage in a crisp won ton fried golden brown and served with a Schlafly smoked Gouda cheese sauce and stout mustard.
