The Best Football Food for Your Superbowl 50 Party

Football fever is strong here in Missouri with the Kansas City Chiefs winning their games every week.  It makes the thought of Superbowl 50 even more exciting than it normally would be.  Even though it is still a few weeks away (February 7, 2016), it's not too early to start planning your Superbowl party.  Make it easy on yourself this year and let us do the cooking for you.  Dog Days Bar & Grill may be closed for the season, but our kitchen can still bring you the best catering at the Lake of the Ozarks all winter long.

Here are a few of our favorite flavors to enjoy during a game to inspire your own Superbowl party menu. 

Wobbly Boot Wings

We take our Award Winning smoked wings and toss them with your choice of hot, extra hot, BBQ, teriyaki, spicy garlic, or root beer. 

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This zesty and creamy dip features the great taste of buffalo chicken wings without all the mess!  Topped with melted Mozzarella cheese and served with corn tortilla chips. 

Sweet Coconut Shrimp

Sweet coconut and crunchy frosted flakes combine to send these huge gulf shrimp over the top.  Our raspberry-habanero  sauce completes the deliciousness.

Cheesy Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

Jumbo mushroom caps packed full of house blend sausage, green onions, and cream cheese.  Then we top it with melted mozzarella and toasted bread crumbs.  

Bacon Wrapped Meatballs

Our house blend sausage wrapped with smoky bacon, then tossed in cheddar and bourbon BBQ sauce.  These go great with garlic bread.  

Hickory Smoked Meats

Classic pork spare ribs, baby back ribs, hand-pulled pork, beef brisket, BBQ chicken, smoked turkey, and pit ham.  All kinds of mouth-watering choices for you part guests to choose from.  

Creole Quesadilla

A large crispy flour tortilla with a blend of delicious cheeses.  Andouille sausage, crawfish, and shrimp are the staples, sauteed peppers and onion bring in the flavor.
