The best waterfront restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks may be closed for the 2015 season, but our kitchen is still available to feed you and all of your family and friends over the holidays.  Thanks to the combined talents of the our three sister restaurants, you can still get the delicious flavor of Dog Days Bar & Grill all year long.  With all of the holiday parties that will be happening in the next few weeks, you're going to be needing us!

The Barrett Restaurant Group is made up of Dog Days Bar & Grill, Shorty Pants Lounge, and Wobbly Boots BBQ.  Every flavor from each of our incredible restaurants is at your disposal.  Your holiday party can feature your favorite dish from any or all of our Lake of the Ozarks restaurants.         

We cater every meal for any size group.

Our chefs are happy to whip up any dish from our regular menus, but they can also work with you to come up with something new.  Not only can you get the appetizer, lunch, and dinner choices that you are familiar with, we can do breakfast too.  We'll lay out an entire meal or make up boxed lunches for your group to grab and go.  

We love cooking for all types of different occasions.  Whether your group is only a few people or an entire warehouse full of workers, we're ready to feed you.  We provide catering for wedding receptions, corporate retreats, seminar breaks, family reunions... wherever there is a group of hungry people, we can be there.  We recently served a local factory of over 500 people during each of their shifts, serving meals at noon, 7 pm, and 3 am!

Once you decide on a customized menu with our chef, we'll prepare everything and bring it to you.  We'll make sure it's hot and ready for everyone at your gathering to dig into.  If you love smoked meat (and if you've tried ours, you do!) we can even bring the smoker to your event.  Soon you will even see our customized catering vans scooting around town, full of deliciousness!  

Holiday party possibilities.

This time of year, holiday parties are happening nearly every week until the new year begins.  Office parties are always better when they have the best catering at the Lake of the Ozarks take care of the food.  If you have lots of family in town for the season, save yourself a lot of time and work and let us do the cooking.  A table full of Dog Day's menu items is sure to keep even the hungriest crowd satisfied.        

Thanksgiving turkeys!

There is still time to call us up and reserve your Thanksgiving turkey.  This year you can pick up a savory bird and all the sides to go along with it from the Barrett Restaurant group.  If you already have your turkey, call us about bringing it in.  We will use our amazing rub on it, toss it in the smoker, and all you have to do is pick it back up and enjoy.

Need a place for your Christmas family gathering or office party? Check out Wobbly Boots Roadhouse in their new location.  

The newly remodeled, smoke free restaurant offers anything you could want! For over 20 years Wobbly Boots' barbecue has been piling up National Awards from the most prestigious barbecue contests around the country, including The American Royal, Memphis in May and The Iowa BarbeQlossal. New Year's Eve Party at Wobbly Boots

Wobbly Boots is ready for 2013!!!  We have great plans for the upcoming year and we want to celebrate with all our friends and family on New Years Eve!!!

Bring your friends and enjoy the Prime Rib Special that starts at 5pm or choose from our great selection of the Best BBQ in the Midwest.  We will also feature other dinner and dessert specials!!

Music will be provided by a favorite band - BACKBONE!!!  Band starts at 9 and will keep you entertained through the New Years Toast and party favors at Midnight.

The holidays are always a great time to get together with your family, friends and co-workers - you want this time to be relaxing and enjoyable for all - including YOU!!! 

The Barrett Restaurant Group can bring the power of three diverse restaurants to any party.  We offer on-premise facilities including Dog Days, The Dog Pound, Shorty Pants Lounge, and Wobbly Boots BBQ - Or, if you like, we can bring the party to you!! Our experienced staff will help you create a personal catering experience to your liking. We can custom design menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, reception, seminar breaks or holiday parties.  With three different restaurants combined, we are able to pull together a great catering menu that will allow you a wide variety of options.  

The Holidays are here, so don't wait too long.  In order to provide the best products and services to your guests, events are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.  We will work with you to develop a quote, but this does not reserve your date or time.  When you are ready to guarantee a date and time for your event, you will need to confirm with our sales office in advance.
